Customers Service?
Was browsing thru some blogs and saw something about Customer Service Attitude..Haha the moment i think of that the moment bomb my head i got so much shit to spill right now..Getting abit hungry but while waiting i haf to go fetch my poor piglet at work later..Ok back to customer service..
I haf to admit i have been in customer service for like wat more den 5 years.Been a tech support myself when i got promoted few years back later and thanks to my ex boss really let me learn alot of stuffs..Ok i haf to admit working in a customer service is damn not good..Everyday i hate the fuking ding ding bell of the fuking service center for call..Sometimes i wonder do customers read the fuking tag on the table to write yr name and details before u fuking press the bell for service?It really irritates me to hell i curse and swear when fuckers customers come in the fuking service center and all they do is just press the bell without reading the tag on the table.Hey wtf u cant read?Or just too ignorant to read...It basically pisses me off damn madly...Buying cheap stuffs and expect wat a good service product and support till yr head and toes all covered?Fuck you understand!!Even if u go Nokia or watever fuking service center u haf to wait so dun come fuking complain abt waiting...U dun bomb ppl head or the officer for letting u wait for so long when the fuking company itself employ pathetic so little ppl to answer all the calls...Just like Starhub u can practically wait for like 15 to 30 mins for just an officer to answer the call.Trust me i been calling them many times when needed help but thank god i dun like starhub tats why i nv chose to use them..I like M1 service is good Customer service officer is damn prompt to the call as i would think that their customer service has alot of employees answering calls..M1 isnt small in Singapore i bet their company haf brains enough to employ so much ppl..Unlike my company only 6 working customer service officers supporting whole south east asia and like wat still haf 20% ppl complaining abt officers not answering the calls?Heya u dun yell at officers when they are the only one answering calls worldwide and there are like more den 100 calls per day to support!It doesnt take a 5min or 10min to settle idiotic users it takes a fuking 30mins to 2hrs to settle just 1 idiotic arsehole whom know no shit about networking...We been bearing with idiots why dun idiots bear with us?Is this so unfair to ppl?Singaporeans really typical complaints for no shit and didnt look at oneself on the fuking mirror wat kinda person ownself is one before starting to complain or think of others...When there is a traffic jam everyone joins in to watch and the whole expressway is jam just bcos of one accident whom concerns abt u or u or u or u!1 practically stuffs tat u bought just fail on u less den 1 month u start to blah blah blah wat the hell this stupid product is when u bought it for cheap prices and expected 110% of customer service support and yell at ppl whom aint involved for the fuking shit of manufacturing of it.Hey Customer Service Ppl dun owe u a reason for being fuk like dat so please fuking respect ppl..Its not their fault and it wasnt yr fault either but do think of others ppl feelings as we are all human beings.No one likes to be treated the way they dun wan it to be..And just like me everyday i just hate walk in customers and only at nite i do like walk in customers cos they give me money lol...alright all that kinda crap..Seen so many types of customer right now and even my sister is one whom is like damn hard to please too..But den when comes to earning money i haf no choice shes the one paying me i haf to do it..Well my eyes are closing soon i think i gotta haf a break before going to fetch my gf..More work to be done tomorrow..Bah i haf no life right now hahaha...Just kidding....
